Important note for users: Like all compasses, Sun Scout is adversely influenced by metal in buildings and vehicles. Sun Scout is only as good as the iPhone's compass and even under fair condition is prone to a variable margin of inaccuracy. Do not base high-value production decisions solely on Sun Scout without confirming them using sun charts, a compass and an altimeter, and a technical scouting mission during the time of day of a future shoot.
