Developed by CrowdCafe, this app promise to turn your iPhone into a powerful camera with fantastic 7.0 Megapixels and 5.0 Megapixels resolutions, zoom and many more features! No matter what generation of iPhone you have, you are able to take pictures in extra high resolution of 3180 x 2 385 (compared to 1600 x 1200 with standard camera). Your photos will be smoother, more detailed and overall better looking when posted on Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, Picasa or any online photo sharing community.

There are mixed reviews of this app. From a recent MacWorld review: "CrowdCafe notes that, due to the small size of the iPhone screen, you may not be able to see the difference between a standard and 7.0 Megapixel photo when viewed on the phone; the developer advises you to review on your computer. I reviewed sample photos taken at every setting on a 27-inch iMac, and while the 7.0 Megapixel photos were larger, they did not appear to be of any obvious better quality. 7.0 Megapixel camera adds some helpful extra features beyond the enhanced size. It's priced low, so if you're curious to try it, there is some extra value. Just don't fall for the myth that your photos will suddenly look better because they're bigger."

Here is a user review by Nick Yan: "The quality is better than I use Photoshop to enlarge the standard 3.0 mega pixel photo. Also, i can use whole screen to take picture so that I can delete the big button app. The timer is also a bonus feature that I want."

The app is priced at $0.99 and you can download this iPhone app at the iTunes Store. Here are the features:

7.0 MPX & 5.0 MPX Modes
Take your pictures in fascinating 7.0 MPX resolution. In pixels, this is 3 180 x 2 385 large picture. Or make your photos in fantastic 5.0 MPX resolution, which is 2 560 x 1 920 pixels. More than twice the number of pixels taken by the standard built-in iPhone camera. 7.0 MPX & 5.0 MPX resolutions are available both in Quick Shot and in Countdown camera modes.

Standard Mode
In some cases you might want to use your native camera resolution. It is available in all camera modes. Therefore you can definitely leave your standard camera app behind and use the 7.0 MPX Camera in every situation, whether you are taking simple photo-notes or for those extraordinary moments in your life.

Zoom Mode
Zoom on objects afar, or use zoom slider to set the best photo composition. Our zoom is in full resolution, does not crop pictures as other zooms for iPhone do. That's why the quality of zoomed pictures taken by 7.0 MPX Camera is simply outstanding.

Timer Mode
There are many precious moments in which you want to be the part of the picture, not just the one behind it. For times like these, use the Timer Mode, set the shutter delay and take your place amongst your friends. This mode is provided with sound signalization, starting three seconds before shutter activation.

Time-Lapse Mode
Place your iPhone in stable position, choose the Time-Lapse mode and set time gaps between the shots. 7.0 MPX Camera will take the picture after given time automatically, even through a couple of hours. With the set of taken pictures you can easily create your own stop-motion movie. Or blend them together and simulate those amazing long-shutter pictures!

Instant Review & Send
You don't have to leave the app and go to Camera Roll to see your pictures anymore. Simply choose the Gallery tab and you can check all your photos right in the 7.0 MPX Camera app. Also, feel free to send pictures straight from the app.

Big Button Shutter
It is so easy to capture photos without having to try to tap the tiny camera button. Simply tap anywhere in the screen to take picture. You will not miss any of the candid shots and you will be able to take the pictures of yourself without setting the right finger position.

On-the-go Saving
You can take several standard pictures and they will be saved in the background. You don't have to wait for next shot until the previous one is saved - saving queue will manage all of them easily.
